2. Products

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications and prices are accurate.

Many of our products are made to order. As a result, slight variations in embroidery, print placement, colour and finish may occur.

Product colours displayed on your device may differ slightly from the finished product due to monitor settings and photography.

3. Orders

After placing an order you will receive an email confirming that we have received it.

Your order is accepted only once it has been processed and dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

  • payment cannot be authorised;
  • pricing or product information contains an obvious error;
  • stock or production issues prevent fulfilment;
  • fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.

If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on the Website are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices include VAT where applicable.

Delivery charges are calculated separately and displayed during checkout.

Prices may change without prior notice but will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely using Shopify's approved payment providers.

We do not store or have access to your payment card details.

6. Production & Delivery

Many of our products are produced specifically to order before dispatch.

Estimated production and delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Whilst we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by:

  • courier services;
  • customs processing;
  • severe weather;
  • industrial action;
  • supplier delays; or
  • events beyond our reasonable control.

Ownership and responsibility for the goods passes to you once your order has been delivered.

7. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us at help@imjustherefortheapres.com and we will do everything we reasonably can to resolve the issue.

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

Size guides are provided wherever available.

It is the customer's responsibility to choose the correct size before placing an order.

If you are unsure, we recommend checking the relevant size guide before purchasing.
