Shipping policy

We aim to ship your products within 3 business days, however please allow up to 14 days for delivery before contacting us as some products are manufactured on demand.

Please note that at this time we can only ship to correct UK addresses. It is your responsibility to make sure that your correct shipping name and address is entered when placing an order on any of our retail platforms, including TikTok Shop. If an incorrect address is supplied we will not accept any responsibility for any items that do not arrive, and these items will not be eligible for a refund.
